THE SPUTNIK COLLECTION

This collection was initially inspired by the amazing Aurora Opal (a synthetic opal made in Germany) that each of the pieces is made up from - to larger or smaller extent. Each piece of the collection is further set with one of more freshwater pearls, nestling in a small pierced sterling silver ‘radar’.

Spunik’s design aesthetic is very similar in many ways to that of Menhir. Menhir was the first collection I created back in 2019 and I felt that the Aurora Opal gave me an opportunity to explore the flatter shapes of Menhir in a more 3D way in this collection.
