Shipping within the UK

We take pride at every stage of the order process and we know that timing is everything. We aim to deliver all jewellery within 7 working days. If you have a query about delivery for a product, please contant us via the contact page

Delivery Rates

UK

All items shipped to a UK address are sent by Royal Mail 48 hour Special Delivery, so you should receive your jewellery 2-3 days after we post it. Cost per order is £10.00.

We use Royal Mail tracked service as irt does not require a signature and will be posted through your letterbox if the item is small enough. If the item is larger and you are not in to accept your order the courier may choose to leave it in a safe place or leave a calling card for you.

If delivery has been attempted multiple times but remains undelivered due to customer address error you will be required to pay for redelivery after correcting the address.

Delivery to the EU and International Shipping

We are still shipping to Ireland. However shipping to all other EU countries is currently unavailable. This is while we navigate the UK no longer being part of the European Union.

Delivery times vary from 2-10 working days from dispatch. Not including the time your order will spend in the workshop

International delivery - £40.00

Delivery times vary from 5-14 working days from dispatch. Not including the time your order may spend in your country’s customs/mail service.

Customs Tariffs

We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed via customs entering the country. For orders outside the UK, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any customs charges that may be requested by customs.

Returns

Damaged Orders

We try our utmost to package your items well so it arrives with you in pristine condition. Sadly though we do hear of occasions when packages get squashed during the delivery process - resulting in damaged items. Should this happen to you - don’t worry, we will sort it for you as quickly as we can. All you need to do is email us at help@davidjlilly.com along with an image of your faulty item and we will advise how best we can assist you. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

If you return a non-personalised item to us that isn’t deemed as damaged, the return delivery charge will be at a cost to yourself and we will refund you for the product price only. When returning your item to us please enclose your original invoice (where possible). Alternatively, enclose a note with your contact and order details.

We always recommend using a tracked service to return your item if it is a valuable order or a jewellery item - we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.

Returning Personalised Items for a Refund

Personalised items that are uniquely made for you are non-returnable & non-refundable, unless damaged in transit. This includes anything specially made or ordered with your choice of any customised feature making the item unique to you. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Returning Non-Personalised Items for a Refund

We can all be change our minds and if you do about an item of jewellery, just make sure you return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

We will process your refund directly to your debit /credit card or PayPal account within 30 days at the very latest, subject to the above terms & conditions.
