The Blue Apatite Darricarrere Pendant. Delicate, refined and made from hallmarked, cast Sterling Silver then set with an angular cabochon of chatoyant Blue Apatite.

Blue Apatite is a beautiful gem that in this state has a wonderful chatoyance (like iridescences) deep with in it thanks to all the ‘fault’ lines that run through the gem.

I had cut this gem some time before making the pendant and felt that the Darricarrere collection needed a smaller pendant than the other two and therefore this gem seemed like a great option for this piece.

A bit like pieces in the Outline collection, this pendant roughly emulates the shape of it’s gemstone.

This pendant is 55mm tall, 20mm wide and 10mm deep.
